If you are not completely satisfied, please read our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale, discounted, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or altered dresses.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Accessories or innerwear (for hygiene reasons).

3. Return Process

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the process.

  4. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit or exchange only.

  • In case of damaged or wrong item delivery, a full refund or replacement will be provided after inspection.

5. Exchanges

We allow size or style exchanges (subject to availability).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
